Did you know you can list your furnished mid-term rental (MTR) on Zillow? Yep, not just for traditional long-term rentals! But since Zillow is mostly known for unfurnished rentals, you’ll need to tweak your listing to stand out and attract the right tenants.

Here’s how to optimize your Zillow listing for your MTR:

1️⃣ Mark it as furnished – In the listing settings, go to Amenities > Interior amenities and check the box for "Furnished." This helps renters filter for furnished options.

2️⃣ Make your first photo work for you – Add a text overlay that says "Fully Furnished – Utilities & Wi-Fi Included" to grab attention immediately.

3️⃣ Highlight key details at the very top of your listing description – Many renters scan listings fast, so put this upfront:

• Fully furnished

• Wi-Fi & utilities included

• Pet-friendly (if applicable)
